Spring into Summer! with the second year of Yoga at the Lake,

sunset ☀️ practice at beautiful Green Lake.

 

This all-levels Hatha Flow will be guided by Miku Lenentine aka The Green Lake Yoga Lady from

This is presented as a free community heart share for all!

 

Starting now  through September. Rain or shine ☀️ we will be offering a practice to tune into the relaxing and grounding energies of nature. ????????????

You can practice at the Lake in view of Miku as she guides postures from the floating dock opposite the East Greenlake Boathouse.

 

AND! If you miss the in-person social distance flow, you can still catch our FaceBook Live Stream offered via

????️????️????️ IF it is raining, we will still share a live stream of practice from our Home Studio in Lake City, and one day,

we will open our doors at our Home Studio, so you can practice in person rain or shine!

So, whether digitally, or an in-person social distance practice, we will have an offering for you.

You can attend part of this practice, stay for the full flow, or tune in just to enjoy streaming nature energy wherever you are.
