Compassionate Dialogue Practice

Compassionate Dialogue Practice

Compassionate Dialogue, when experienced as a practice, might be thought of as a form of “talking” meditation. How do we speak to each other while remaining in deep empathy for ourselves and the other? How can we go slow enough to stay with the physical sensations that arise within the body without getting overly distracted by monkey mind in conversation? This is the practice.

Our hope is that the practice we share in circle together will help support more grounded, mindful and vibrant conversations with ourselves, with our loved ones and when working in collaborative group or work settings.

If you have been looking for a how-to practice for moving meditation off the mat and into the world, this is it. Or if you have just wondered how you can have more effortless, rejuvenating meetings and group processes, this is also the practice. It is ever evolving and we are excited to share!

Vibrantly offers several options for practicing dialogue. You join us for our Compassionate Conversations and Tea Meetup in Green Lake for in-person practice and informal discussions or you can sign up for our 10-week online training course.
