At 道 Vibrantly we value moving from the space of We. As such, we have adopted a modified holacractic style for our organizational model, in conducting our work, running our meetings and making decisions. You will notice we do not have a CEO or President of our organization. We operate based on egalitarian decision making and through something called resonance/dissonance rounds rather than voting or consensus building.  This process is faster than most mainstream consensus-building practices available while also more empowering for unique and diverse viaewpoints.

Emphasis is placed on overt empowerment while supporting and deepening relationships in the process of group work and decision making. We go as slow or as fast as needed to accomplish the task. Often finding that when we move more slowly, we move more quickly in the end. Entire organizational functions are handed over to individual roles. Each role consults stakeholders for advice/feedback, as they see beneficial. But each interaction is where the magic takes place. Each interaction is an opportunity to relate from the vibrant authentic self, connecting with overt safety, and helping each other bring out their best self. The results are immediately evident and the organization heads toward its purpose with joy, excitement, exploration, and playfulness. Results are fun, but the actual work can be just as fun, if not more so!
